- Take tomatoes in a clay pot. Add spice powders, chillies and curry leaves. Add salt and mix well. Crush tomatoes using your hands. Add water.
- Now add in ladies finger and cook till it is cooked.
- Now add in the ground coconut masala and boil for 5 more mins.
- Take it off the heat.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and curry leaves. Pour this over the curry and mix well.
- Serve with Organic heirloom rice
