Ladies Finger & Tomato Kuzhambu

METHOD

  1. Take tomatoes in a clay pot. Add spice powders, chillies and curry leaves. Add salt and mix well. Crush tomatoes using your hands. Add water.
  2. Now add in ladies finger and cook till it is cooked.
  3. Now add in the ground coconut masala and boil for 5 more mins.
  4. Take it off the heat.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and curry leaves. Pour this over the curry and mix well.
  6. Serve with Organic heirloom rice
