1 bunch thin asparagus spears trimmed
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 clove garlic, chopped
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pour olive oil into a frying pan, heat on medium. When oil is hot add garlic, fry for a couple of minutes. Add the asparagus let cook for five minutes or until tender while tossing. Add salt and pepper, cheese and lime juice take off heat and serve immediately.
