Pico De Gallo

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Remove 1 1/2 tsp zest and squeeze 2 tbsp juice from a lime.
  2. Cut the tomatoes and chili in small pieces and put in a bowl.
  3. Whisk lime zest and juice and add to the tomatoes and chili. Add the remaining ingredients.
