Savoury Pancake with Heirloom Rice Flour (Kuruluthuda)

  • 5 Heaped Teaspoons Heirloom Rice Flour 
  • 2 Eggs 
  • 5 Tbs Fresh Milk 
  • 2 Tsp Butter 
  • 1 Cup Potato (Cooked and grated) 
  • 1/2 cup Tender Spinach leaves  (Spinach can be replaced with cooked and grated carrot or even Beet) 

    Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and pour spoonfuls onto your non-stick frying pan and make your own Heirloom Rice Pancakes!  Makes 5 Medium Pancakes or 10 small ones.
