
Capsicum Curry with Tomato

INGREDIENTS
- organic capsicum - 250g
- ripe organic tomato, cubed - 1
- raw curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- organic chilli powder - 1 tsp (or less)
- Maldive Fish Powder - 1 tsp
- organic rampe - 1 inch stick
- organic turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- coconut milk - 1 Cup
- organic Virgin Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
- Organic red onions - 3
- Organic Curry Leaves
- cloves crushed garlic - 2
- Organic green chilli, finely chopped - 1
METHOD
- Stir fry the onion mixture til aroma hits you and the onion starts browning,
- Add the rest of the ingredients (capsicum+spices+rampe+tomato)
- Stir well until thoroughly combined.
- Quickly Add the milk and cook for 10 minutes on medium-high heat.
