Magic Bean Cake

Let's start baking this Magic Bean Cake
425 g Cooked red kidney beans 5 eggs 1/2 Cup Honey 1/3 Cup Raw Cacao 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil 1/2 Tsp Bicarb Soda 1 Tsp Baking Powder / 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder 1 Tbs Coffee 1 Tbs Vanilla Extract 1/4 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt Pre heat oven to 180 Celsius Combine kidney beans, coffee, vanilla, coconut oil, eggs and salt in a blender Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend to combine well Line a cake cake tin with baking paper or use a cup cake tray Pour mixture in, add toppings if you wish and bake for 25-30 minutes until it's springy to the touch
- 2 Ripe Avocado
- 1/3 Cup Cacao
- 1/3 Cup Raw Honey
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Direction Mix all ingredients well Chill for 15 minutes.
