Kang Kung can alleviate skin diseases, fever, constipation, intestinal worm issues, jaundince, liver problems and diabetes in pregnant women.
STIR-FRIED KANG KUNG: Blanch a bunch of kangkung and stir fry in a wok with garlic and oyster sauce. Add chillie paste for a spicy version.
